Do you deliver to countries other than New Zealand?


Yes! However your shipping costs will need to be calculated depending on your destination. Please contact us prior to checkout so we are able to give you an accurate cost for shipping. Please note that some items may be restricted (Such as batteries). We will notify you if this is the case or if we are unable to ship your goods.




Can I pick up my order?


No - unfortunately this is not currently an option. However if you reside in the Christchurch area we may be able to arrange delivery for you. This will incur a delivery fee. Please contact us if you would like more information on this option.




What if my order has not arrived?


Please contact us immediately if your order has not arrived and we will endeavor to track it down for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within New Zealand. Please note that rural delivery may take slightly longer.




Is it safe to use my credit card online?


Yes it is - our website uses SSL technology that scrambles all confidential data entered by you, such as payment details and address information, before being transmitted. Look for the SSL security padlock at the top of the page.




What if I can't find exactly what I want?


Please feel free to email us and we will certainly see if we are able to source it for you. We are planning to add to our collection so if you think there is something that would add value to our clients' travels please feel free to share with us!
