SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping for  New Zealand

We ship with NZ Post delivery is between 3-7 days, signature not required.

Cost of shipping within New Zealand is $6.00 non-tracked.

​

Tracked items are from $15.00 depending on the size and weight of your purchase

​

Shipping costs for other parts of the world will be advised at the time of purchase upon application

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You cannot demand a refund or replacement just because you have 'changed your mind' or 'do not like the item' anymore (it has gone out of fashion or you have grown too tall to fit the item since purchase etc).

PackMe will replace items only if they are defective or have been damaged during shipping.

Faulty Item: If for any reason a faulty item has managed to find it's way past our quality control, please accept our apologies. We will send a replacement immediately. Please click here to contact us, and provide us with as many details possible.

Damaged Item: If for some reason, an item has arrived and appears damaged, we will send a replacement immediately. 
Please note that we need to work out why your item has been damaged. Please let us know if you were able to make a comment to your postal provider that your goods had been damaged and what they could do for you? Or was the damage only obvious once you opened the package? 
We kindly request that you please do the following for us:

  1. Take a (digital) photo of the both the packaging material and damaged item.

  2. Email us with the details including photos of the damaged item and also the condition of the package. We apologize for the inconvenience of this occurring and would like to fix this incident as quickly and efficiently as possible for you.

 

REFUNDS

Once PackMe receives your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account or issued to you as a Gift Certificate (will not expire), available to use the next time you place an order at PackMe.co.nz , depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable unless PackMe is deemed to be at fault.
